CLINIC CHANGES  POLICY

To Our Valued Clients, 

You're appointment time is reserved exclusively for you Because missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients and directly impact our therapist's livelihoods, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Our Policy: 

• LATE CANCELLATIONS (Less than 24 hours): Subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost 

• NO SHOW (No communication before the start time) : Subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
